For successful admission to study at the Faculty it is necessary to meet the conditions of the admission procedure. These consist of the following:

  • sending an electronic application form and paying an administrative fee of CZK 500 in due time (account no. 260112295/0300.) It is necessary to fill in a separate application form for each field of study.
  • bringing /sending a copy of the school-leaving certificate or proof of completion of a university degree. Applicants who have completed secondary or higher education abroad are required to prove their achievement in accordance with the rules on the University website.

Dates and conditions of admission are accessible in the current Conditions of Admission Procedure at FF UJEP.

The enrollment of applicants admitted to study in the admission procedure takes place regularly during August and September.

Applicants with special needs are advised to contact the University Support Centre for Students with Special Needs (UCP UJEP) before applying.

In case the study programme is conducted in the Czech language, another condition for admission of a foreign student may be established as part of the entrance examination, consisting in demonstrating knowledge of the Czech language: at least B1 level according to the Common European Framework of Reference. The examination in the Czech language is provided by the Language Centre of the Faculty at the request of the Dean of the Faculty.

Applicants applying for a Socrates / Erasmus Program at the Faculty are admitted without an entrance examination on the basis of a signed Bilateral Agreement.
