- administers bilateral Erasmus agreements
- handles the agenda related to student trips abroad, e..g assistance in filling in and sending applications, nominating students for foreign universities
- handles agenda related to the Erasmus employee learning and non-learning mobility
- handles agenda related to arrivals of foreign students and teachers
Academic coordinators at the departments
- collect applications for the Erasmus selection procedure
- help students with a study plan at a foreign university
- help foreign students choose courses
- recognize subjects completed abroad
